Tailwind-Kalamazoo established concessions operations at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) in June of 2011. Having been awarded the RFP bid as a result of Tailwind’s innovative and proven regional airport concessions business model, operations were custom designed and built to provide airport patrons with a variety of high-quality, expeditiously created food and beverage selections.
Newly formatted digital menus were installed in order to present all food and beverage offerings to customers in a bright and inviting manner. Catering for private jet operations as well as airport/community events is also available.
Currently, Tailwind operates the following concessions at the AZO airport:
- Post-Security: Full Service Restaurant/Bar and Gift Shop/News Stand
